Recycling rate of PET
In 2019, a daily average of around 4.84 million PET bottles was disposed of at Hong Kong's landfills, but the recycling rate was less than 1%. (from SCMP)
Plastic cap in sea birds
It is a well known sad fact that plastic trash was found in sea animal dead bodies. Plastic caps are obviously found in sea bird dead bodies.

2) Saving points at kiosk
Bring them to kiosk.
Scan QR code to login to your account and drop off caps at the wishing well.
3) Sorting of caps
The caps will be colour sorted, to save points in your apps - we call it "UP point".
1) Collection of plastic bottle cap
Save clean and dry PET caps.
4) Shredding of PET into filament
The PETs will be shredded and remelted into filament as raw materials - rPET - to be reused in 3D printing.
5) Redeem
You can select IP in the kiosk and purchase using "UP point". The products are 3D-printed using filament made from recycled PET.
